Powder Brow & Lip Blush clients:
You must notify me prior to your appointment if you have your brows or lips done prior by another artist and must send me a photo to ensure that I can do the touch up. If you fail to disclose that you have had previous work and I am unable to cover up at the time of your appointment, we will have to cancel the appointment and 50% of the service cost will be due.

Bookings:

You are responsible for booking your own appointments, rescheduling or canceling. Failure to schedule touch up appointments under the required time frame may result in an additional service cost. Failure to reschedule, cancel or no show will result in a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT:

Cash is preferred but can also accept credit, debit, venmo, cash app or apple pay. WA Sales Tax is applied.

Cancellations/No Shows/Arriving Late:

Your appointments are very important to us, and it is reserved specifically for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.  Cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 24 hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. I will allow for a 15 min late grace period but if it is more than 15 minutes then I can not guarantee that I can still see you for your appointment and this will be considered a no show and you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Touch Up Policies:

You must book your initial touch up within 6-8 weeks unless I specifically recommend that you book after the 8 weeks. Your initial touch up is required as it is to ensure that your brows meet our expectations and we can make any final adjustments. Failure to schedule your initial touch up within the 6-8 weeks, the touch up price will increase depending on how overdue your appointment is since your brows will be more faded and will require more time to complete the touch up.

Masks:
Face masks are optional during your appointment but I will always wear one during the service. Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick! Let me know 24 hours in advance if you are not feeling well.

Referral Program:

If you refer a friend for Powder Brows or Lip blush, your friend will receive $25 off of their initial appointment and you will receive a $25 credit per person for any service. Credits must be used within one year.
